What You'll Do

• Connect with homeowners and introduce them to our roofing services.
• Conduct roof inspections and identify potential roofing needs.
• Guide customers through the roofing process from start to finish.
• Build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage your projects and communicate with customers throughout the process.
• Stay organized, follow up with leads, and work toward your goals.

Important Job Requirements & Compensation

• Reliable Truck Required: You must have your own reliable truck within 60 days of hire to travel between job sites and meet with customers.
• Comfortable Climbing Roofs: This position requires climbing onto roofs to conduct inspections and assess roofing needs. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and performing physically active, outdoor work.
• Full Commission After 90 Days: After completing the 90-day training period, compensation transitions to a full commission structure. Your earning potential will depend on your performance and results.
