Program Coordinator - R(etention), A(dherence), P(rogram)

In close cooperation with PATH Center staff, coordinates services for the NYSDOH AI-funded Retention and Adherence Program. Oversees program enrollment, outreach, marketing, and recruitment. Supervises the RAP Medical Case Manager and Outreach Specialist. Works with the Family Program Director (aka Program Director) to hire, train and retain program staff. Conducts HIV counseling and testing alongside other program staff. Provides medical case management to enrolled patients as needed. Completes program narrative reports, data review and QI projects. Represents PATH on external committees.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Public Health or Related field, preferred.  
• One (1) experience working in a clinical setting, including HIV counseling/testing services, HIV clinical care or psychosocial care setting.
• Knowledge of culture, language and concerns specific to the community being served
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with principles of data collection and evaluation
• Skills in staff leadership and team building
• Competent in administering HIV rapid test
• Knowledge of grants management (financial reports, vouchering, budgets, program goals and implementation).
