At Your Home Improvement Company (YHIC), our Call Center Agents connect with customers over the phone to promote top-tier home improvement products and services. You won’t have to “wing it”—we provide a structured script to help guide conversations and set you up for success.

Your role will be to engage customers, build rapport, and schedule free in-home estimates for a variety of remodeling projects at a time that works best for them.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills (data entry, navigation, etc.) 
• Strong communication and customer service abilities 
• An outgoing, positive personality 
• A professional and dependable attitude
• Make outbound calls using a provided script 
• Promote high-quality home improvement services 
• Schedule free estimate appointments 
• Accurately verify and enter customer information into our system
•  Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
