About the role

This vacancy is for a GS-0343-14, Supervisory Management & Program Analyst located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, OFFICE OF RESOURCES / ORG ANALYSIS and WORKFORCE MGMT, Commandant (CG-81) in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia. In this role, you will serve as Division Chief for the RESOURCES and PROGRAM SUPPORT DIVISION, Commandant (CG-819).

You will serve as a Supervisory Management & Program Analyst and be responsible for setting and adjusting short and long term priorities. Supervising personnel, distribute workload assignments, coordinate division training, Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include: Assess program effectiveness for the improvement of complex programs. Serve as the expert on long range planning. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of ongoing functions Manage productivity in all areas, monitor problem areas, and implement solutions.
