Hello, Elementary Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time 5th Grade Teacher for a public charter school in Kansas City, MO.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement curriculum.
• Engage students in interactive, project-based learning experiences.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative classroom environment.
• Participate in school-wide events and activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student development.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance. 
• Any other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred
• Valid Missouri teaching certificate REQUIRED
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• School-based teaching experience preferred, not required
