Description

Journeyman Plumber — Up to $200,000/Year + Sign on bonus potential

Meridian, Idaho (Boise Metro) | Master Plumbing

Active Journeyman Plumbing License Required

Bigger city opportunity, same big-sky pace of life — closer than you think. Master Plumbing is hiring an experienced Journeyman Plumber ready to lead, mentor apprentices, and earn real money — top performers on our team earn up to $200,000/year, plus a potential sign on bonus.

Why Meridian, Idaho

• A growing metro with real career ceiling — more volume, more variety of work, and a clear path to lead and mentor rather than just punch a clock
• If you're coming from the Bozeman market, Boise-area home prices run well below what you're used to; if you're coming from Billings, the housing comparison is closer, but the pay ceiling here is the bigger difference-maker
• Milder winters than most of Montana, with the same access to mountains, rivers, and a ski hill (Bogus Basin) just 30 minutes from downtown
• About 8 hours down I-90/I-15/I-84 from Bozeman — a long weekend drive home, not a move to a different world

What You'll Earn

• Earning potential up to $200,000/year based on experience and performance
• 100% paid medical insurance for employees, plus affordable family plans
• Dental, vision, HSA, and 401(k) with company match
• PTO, paid holidays, and a team that backs you
• Family Events

What You'll Do

• Perform emergency and non-emergency plumbing and drain-cleaning work, including hydro jetting and sewer camera diagnostics
• Diagnose problems and deliver quality work with professionalism and attention to detail
• Read scopes of work and write clear invoices, proposals, and job reports with limited supervision
• Mentor apprentices — build their technical skills and their confidence
• Provide the kind of customer service that turns first-time customers into repeat customers
• Work safely in varied conditions (heights, confined spaces, outdoor weather) and operate a company vehicle

What You Need

• Active Journeyman Plumbing License (Montana, Idaho, Oregon, or Washington)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong plumbing, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and lead/mentor others
• Clean driving record and background check; able to pass a drug screen
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
