The primary purpose of this position is: to plan, oversee, manage, or conduct comprehensive organizational analysis of a wide diversity of organizations, functions, and processes and provide innovative, expert management capabilities to continually improve mission effectiveness, resource efficiency, and resource savings.

Applying Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) consequence management experience, plan, oversee, manage, or conduct comprehensive organizational analysis of a wide diversity of organizations, functions, and processes and develop recommendations to resolve substantive problems and continually improve CBRN Response Enterprise mission effectiveness, resource efficiency, and resource savings. Participates in and evaluates the effectiveness of CBRN Response Enterprise training and exercises in meeting established goals and objectives. Provides CBRN specific technical guidance, advisory support, and assistance. Represents USNORTHCOM at meetings, conferences and site visits that relate to program planning, training, exercises, and execution.
