Job Summary:

Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the seating area and coordinate guest seating in an organized and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate waitlists and provide guests with estimated wait times.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus as needed.
• Answer guest questions and assist with basic requests regarding the restaurant, menu, and services.
• Communicate effectively with servers, management, and other team members to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Monitor the dining area and assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly notify management when additional assistance is needed.
•  Perform other duties as assigned by management. 

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• On Your Feet: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during your shift.
• Hearing Ability: Clear communication is key in a lively, bustling environment.
• Stamina & Energy: Bring enthusiasm and energy to keep the positive vibes going!
• Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation is a must
