ESSENTIAL TASKS:
- Plan and perform a variety of scheduling, expediting, and other duties to meet daily/weekly/monthly forecast goals.
- Coordinate scheduling between production, technology, and quality. The schedule must optimize the conditioning cells, sonic operations, and macro in conjunction with the lab to meet customer demand and support a 24/7 operation.
- Maintain a variety of related records and reports necessary to plan and meet production goals.
- Act as liaison between the conditioning, sales and planning in providing order status information
- Interact with the sales and technical departments plus the customer to assure that we produce an end product that meets the specification requirements
- Interact with Forge Schedulers, to maintain production and on time delivery.
- Responsible for the addition of operations for any rework required by Technology, Macro, or the Lab.
- Provide data in the form of, reports, charts, and graphs to management in order to track performance and trends
- Required to work with departmental management to support standardization and training initiatives.
- As directed when necessary, review and maintain MI and TI stations within the department. Review and approve sample plans as created. Research and initiate cause and corrective action for DDRs.
- Assist with process control plans to achieve continuous improvement and ways of reducing cycle time while producing a high quality, low cost, on time product.

REQUIREMENTS:
- General high school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years ATI Conditioning experience.
- General knowledge of the requirements of the jobs and operations within the Conditioning department, including Sonic and Final Inspection.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Ability to use basic mathematics and formulas.
- Knowledge of computers and related programs, including Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel)
- Complex problem solver
