About the role

Description

National Mill Maintenance is seeking a qualified CNC Machinist to join their team and support the hydraulic shop operations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of CNC machining/ programming experience and will have experience with hydraulic component repair.

This role will be Monday-Friday with some weekend work as needed. There will be opportunity for overtime, competitive pay and full benefits.

This role will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.

Job Duties:

Design, program, and operate a CNC Lathes and mills
Operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently
Make machine adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards
Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments
Troubleshoot any quality or performance issues with CNC operation

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

5+ years of CNC machining experience
Must be capable of programming CNC machines
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with hydraulic component repair and machining is a plus
Looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, and capable of working independently in a machine shop environment
Valid driver's license and driving record in good standing
