GPS, Graduate Program of Stellantis is a flagship early career program designed to accelerate emerging talent graduates into future commercial leaders. Through the Commercial path, you will contribute to customer-focused growth initiatives while building broad capability across sales strategy, market performance, business planning, and cross-functional execution. 

From day one, you will take ownership of meaningful assignments, use data to inform decisions, and collaborate with teams that connect Stellantis products and brands with customers and markets.

Commercial Sales connects product, brand, market, and customer priorities. Through this path, you will help evaluate business performance, support sales initiatives, strengthen commercial execution, and develop an end-to-end understanding of how sales strategies move from planning to results.

HOW THE PROGRAM IS STRUCTURED 

Phase 1 - Commercial Foundations 

Join a Commercial Sales organization, contribute to active business priorities, and build a strong understanding of Stellantis products, brands, customers, channels, and sales processes. 

Phase 2 - Growth & Development 

Take ownership of increasingly complex projects while expanding your experience in market analysis, sales planning, business performance, and cross-functional execution. 

Phase 3 - Leadership Readiness 

Lead defined workstreams, present recommendations, and prepare for a long-term commercial role with increased responsibility based on business needs and successful program completion. 

Program duration, assignment structure, location, travel expectations, and long-term placement should be confirmed by the Commercial Sales team before posting. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Analyze sales, market, customer, product, and business performance information.
  • Support sales planning, forecasting, performance reviews, and commercial initiatives.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to support business priorities and execution.
  • Prepare business updates, presentations, and decision-support materials for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Lead defined projects that improve commercial effectiveness, customer outcomes, or business performance.
  • Track project progress, communicate results, and support implementation of agreed actions.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE 

  • Real business ownership and measurable commercial assignments.
  • Broad exposure across sales strategy, market performance, and business operations.
  • Mentoring from experienced professionals and access to commercial leaders.
  • Development in analytics, business planning, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Collaboration across functions, brands, markets, and cultures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's degree completed before the program start date in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Zero to three years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to use data and business information to support recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel or relocate based on assignment and business needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Internship, co-op, student-program, or project experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Experience, Business Analytics, or a related area.
  • Experience analyzing business performance or market information.
  • Experience preparing presentations or recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and interest in the automotive industry.
