Area Vice President - PNC Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship & Program Leadership

• Serve as the senior relationship owner for PNC, building and sustaining trusted, executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Provide overall leadership and direction for the PNC Program, setting the vision, priorities, and operating rhythm for the extended team.
• Ensure the customer experiences zero unresolved escalations by proactively identifying risk, resolving issues quickly, and communicating transparently.

P&L, Strategy & Commercial Management

• Own full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the PNC Program, including revenue, margin, and cost management.
• Define and execute the strategic plan for the program, aligning delivery capability with PNC's business objectives and WWT's growth goals.
• Manage change orders end to end, ensuring scope, pricing, and terms are captured accurately and approved in a timely manner.
• Ensure billing milestones are met on schedule, partnering with finance and delivery teams to keep invoicing accurate and on time.
• Identify, pursue, and build future business opportunities within the account to expand WWT's footprint with PNC.

Delivery, Quality & Operational Excellence

• Direct day-to-day execution of the program to ensure consistent on-time delivery against all commitments.
• Establish and maintain quality standards across every workstream, holding teams accountable to measurable outcomes.
• Monitor program performance and KPIs, driving corrective action and continuous improvement where needed.

Staffing & People Leadership

• Assess and plan staffing needs across the program, ensuring the right skills and capacity are in place to meet commitments.
• Partner with recruiting and resource management to secure proper staffing levels as the program scales.
• Champion employee morale and engagement across the program team, fostering a culture of accountability, recognition, and growth.
• Develop program leaders and staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development.

Qualifications:

Required

• 10+ years of progressive experience in program/account management, professional services, or technology delivery, including P&L ownership.
• Proven track record managing large, complex customer programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Demonstrated success building and sustaining executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
• Experience managing change order/contract processes and billing milestone tracking.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing large, distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.

Preferred

• Prior experience supporting financial services or banking clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA a plus.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $250,000.00 to $325,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
