About the Position: Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) Americas Southeast District operates 24 schools in 4 states across 2 time zones. There are nearly 900,000 military connected children of all ages worldwide, of which nearly 10,000 are enrolled in DoWEA Americas Southeast District schools. Laurel Bay is a census-designated place (CDP) in Beaufort County, South Carolina, situated adjacent to the city of Beaufort and the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort.

Utilize automated systems to enter and retrieve data for records.

Review outgoing correspondence for accuracy.

Serve as property custodian for records and inventory.

Utilize automated systems to verify supplies inventory.

Maintain office calendar and schedules appointments for staff.

Maintain time and attendance and leave records for staff.
