PROGRAM ANALYST

The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART), to accomplish analytical investigative studies relative to aircraft maintenance performance and to serve as the automated maintenance data systems manager. Duties: 1: Accomplishes investigative studies of problem areas involving elements of maintenance operations and programs. 2: (Applicable to Non-AMC Gained AFRC Wings) Manages the Maintenance Information System (MIS) called Integrated Maintenance Data Systems (IMDS). 3: (Applicable to Non-ACC Gained AFRC Wings) Manages the Maintenance Information System G0-81 (CAMS for Mobility). 4: Performs functional systems administrator duties on other MIS. Performs manpower utilization and allocation audits of the maintenance complex. 5: Develops and implements long- and short-term training plans to achieve qualification and proficiency objectives for assigned Air Force Reserve personnel.
