You will direct staff in developing and refining complex budget estimates and financial plans to ensure compliance with guidance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to align financial strategies with organizational priorities and long-term objectives.

You will oversee financial and program analyses to evaluate costs, benefits, risks, and alternative methods for managing organizational programs.

You will resolve complex issues arising from conflicting program and financial data and guide subordinates on challenging tasks.

You will apply and direct the application of accounting, internal control, and financial reporting principles to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of organizational financial information.

You will recommend and direct enhancements to financial reporting systems and processes to improve transparency and accountability.
