Medical Support Assistant (Office Automation)

About the Position: This position is located within the Department of Patient Administration, Admissions and Disposition. Day shift Monday through Friday, interaction with customers will be both via telephone and in person. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Prepare correspondence in response to requests for patient medical information.

Receive, process, and complete registrations and admissions of patients to a medical center.

Utilize automated medical health systems for effectively and efficiently.

Review work for timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.
