Community Manager - Holland, MI

KMG Prestige is seeking a Community Manager in Holland, MI who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff.

• Property management experience

• Budgeting experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
