FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

You will serve as a FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR.

You will facilitate meetings, site inspections and tours to ensure a team approach to facility sustainment and planning issues.

You will provide liaison and coordination between customer and tenant activities, base and higher echelon leadership, claimants, stakeholders, contractors, local, state and other federal agencies.

You will develop plans, cost estimates, and project schedules or timelines.

You will provide input by use of developed plans and studies in assisting in the overall administrative and budget planning.

You will prepare point papers, briefings and reports to define, elevate and recommend alternatives for management review and action.

The following education can be substituted for experience for the GS-11 position. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related
