Management Analyst NF-04

The primary role is to insure that the administrative needs of the Director, FMWR are met, by performing, providing, obtaining, and/or advising on a variety of support services essential to the direction and efficient operation of the Directorate.

Serves as the primary liaison with the NAF HR department on matters relating to organization structure, the assignment of functional responsibilities, and personnel actions.

Actively participates in staff and/or management level meetings and discussions pertaining to the activities encompassed in the administrative and management functions of the DFMWR.

Oversees a variety of general administrative duties performed in support of the DFMWR involving performance management, records management, civilian pay issues, Congressionals, FOIA and monitoring EEO plans, policies and goals.

Keeps abreast of, and advises management and staff of changes affecting these functional personnel related areas: recruitment, position management and classification, employee/management relations, employee entitlement and awards, and training.
