Mopar Accessories Sales & Operation Portfolio Director
About the role
The Mopar Accessories Sales & Operation Portfolio Director is responsible for driving revenue, market share (penetration), loyalty, and customer retention for Mopar Accessories across all North American Stellantis brands. This role owns sales performance and commercial execution, ensuring accessories are effectively sold through Stellantis dealer channels and supported by clear programs, incentives, and field enablement.
Lead dealer-facing sales strategies that increase accessory attachment rates, average basket size, and repeat purchase behavior across the Stellantis dealer network. Partner closely with Field Operations to ensure dealers are enabled, informed, and aligned on accessory programs, priorities, and sales initiatives. Drive adoption of sales programs, promotions, and incentives that strengthen dealer execution and improve overall performance. Ensure consistent communication, messaging, and readiness across the dealer network to support successful program implementation and sustain sales growth.
Accountable for Accessory & Performance Portfolio target, shaping how accessories are positioned, promoted, and executed in the field, and driving consistent dealer adoption across all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Revenue Ownership
- Own revenue, penetration (take-rate), and profitability targets for the Mopar Accessories Portfolio
- Drive sell-in and sell-through performance across Retail, In-Plant, Wholesale, and eCommerce channels.
- Translate business objectives into sales plans, targets, and execution playbooks.
- Monitor sales performance using data and analytics to identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions.
Dealer & Field Execution
- Lead dealer-facing sales strategies that increase accessory attachment, basket size, and repeat purchase behavior.
- Drive adoption of sales programs, promotions, and incentives to improve dealer execution.
Commercial Programs & Forecasting
- Develop and manage sales programs and commercial incentives to drive incremental revenue.
- Own sales forecasting, demand planning inputs, and performance tracking.
- Use customer, dealer, and channel data to refine targeting and improve conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and launch timing to sales priorities.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Aftersales teams to align availability with demand, without owning installation or operations.
- Act as the commercial voice of Accessories in cross-functional forums.
Success Measures
- Revenue & Profitability - Achievement of annual Accessories & Performance revenue targets
- Accessory Take Rates
- Expansion of accessory penetration across dealer network
- Dealer adoption rate of accessory programs and sales initiatives
Tasks:
- Annual budget setting for Accessories Portfolio Revenue Target – identify projects, programs, & etc to grow YoY
- Explanation of monthly Forecast, incentives, and accessory dealer programs, breakdown of Retail, In-Plant, & Custom Shop Upfits
- Monthly actions/detailed plan to achieve monthly revenue target
- Pricing Actions
- JRT Management – Dealer Communications (Programs – Accy Rewards, Creative, Dealer Site, etc., supplier funded promos)
- Manage Helm field force & US Accy Portfolio Target
- Go-to-market strategy for new accessories, portfolio branches (i.e. Mopaw), & new vehicles
- BC Allocation / Field Calls
- Lead coordination efforts with Mopar Marketing Team

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales Operations, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years' experience with proven experience working in the field or calling on dealers
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, tools, and trends
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ideally experience in Parts & Service, understanding of automotive parts, systems and service processes
- Ideally, familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes
- Ability to manage project budgets
