Loan Servicing Officer
About the role
This position will be located in either St. Louis, MO or Kansas, City, MO. The incumbent provides business operations support by analyzing performance indicators and trends, developing budget forecasts, improving workforce utilization, reducing costs, and coordinating nationwide system enhancements that strengthen customer access strategies and loan origination, servicing, and processing capabilities.
Leads process improvement initiatives based on indicator data and trend analysis.
Develops budget forecasts for the Business Operations Support Division by projecting production volumes and identifying resource requirements, including overtime and additional staffing needs.
Identifies cost-reduction opportunities and enhancements to improve workforce utilization.
Collaborates with Rural Development officials nationwide to develop and prioritize system enhancements for loan origination and servicing systems.
Supports the delivery of customer access strategies and improvements to the Division’s processing capabilities.
Performs the full range of supervisory/managerial functions including advising on all human resource matters.
