Woodworker - Furniture Craftsman

What skills do you need?   

You need to be able to read detailed drawings, bills of material, use measuring tools and be able to lift 50 lbs. without restrictions. 

We will teach you how to operate woodworking equipment and build furniture to our quality standards.

You’ll be a good fit if you:

Enjoy hands-on work and learning new skills.

Experience using hand tools and/or wood working tools is a plus. 

Are conscientious about quality and safety.

Communicate well and contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom tables and furniture using hand tools and handheld power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate construction
• Use a tape measure and shop equipment (including table saws) to measure and cut materials
• Work closely with team members to complete complex furniture builds
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while following safety protocols

Requirements

• Previous woodworking or furniture assembly experience, preferably in a woodworking or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using hand tools, handheld power tools, and power equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-based production setting
• HS diploma or GED required.
