Maintenance Mechanic

About the Role

The typical day will go something like this:

• Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
• Conduct daily building/equipment tours
• Appliance repair
• Diagnose and repair simple HVAC, plumbing and electrical problems
• Provides assistance and support to subcontractors
• Perform other duties as assigned

You Should Have

What we are looking for in your resume:

• Must possess CFC Universal
• Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift sixty (60) pounds
• Three (3) years minimum experience
• Must have experience diagnosing and repairing household appliances
• Background in residential maintenance, including HVAC, Plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs

In search of a Maintenance Mechanic for a Class A building located in Bethesda, MD. The hours are M-F 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Salary: $20-$25 per hour based on experience. Some overtime may be required.
