About the Position: This position are located at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO This is a Direct Hire Solicitation A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes.

Serve as an Office Automation Assistant, performing a variety of clerical functions

Use office automation equipment, software, and systems to produce a variety of documents, manage calendars, electronic mail, spreadsheets, and graphics.

Follow established procedures for the transmittal, receipt, and acknowledgment of email messages, checking transmittals for proper clearances.

Perform a broad range of duties using a web-based customer feedback systems.

Coordinate reporting and response to submitted comments, ensuring follow-up by appropriate personnel.
