Villa Haven, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full time therapist (PT, OT, SLP, PTA or OTA) to lead our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek a proven therapy leader who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in balance, wound care, skilled maintenance and many more. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities and are in the process of building an outpatient program.

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 90 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK. Requirements

License in the state of Texas

Previous therapy leadership experience in a SNF or LTC environment
