About the role

Steadfast Health was founded to establish a new standard of substance use disorder (SUD) care. Recognizing that traditional treatment methods often fall short of reaching patients when they’re most in need, Steadfast is relentlessly focused on making low-barrier, high quality care accessible to all.

We know that the journey to recovery is unique for every individual, and our patient-centered approach ensures we meet patients where they are, providing evidence-based therapies with unwavering support in a compassionate environment that fosters healing and growth. We are growing rapidly and building a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to fulfilling our mission – join us!

About this Role

At Steadfast Health, our therapists inspire hope and transformation by helping patients set meaningful recovery goals while supporting them every step of the way. As a valued member of our fully integrated care team, you’ll work hand in hand with colleagues across disciplines, ensuring each patient’s journey is supported, coordinated, and guided toward the best possible outcome.

At our Canton clinic we will provide Office-Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT), MAT/MOUD and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level services, so patients can receive medical care and structured therapeutic support in one coordinated setting. The clinic is slated to open January 11, 2027, and you would join as one of its founding team members, alongside a Clinic Manager, Medical Assistant, Peer Recovery Specialist, APP, and Case Manager, who are being hired now. You will have a real voice in shaping how this clinic runs from day one.
