In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting our technicians and operations team by ensuring materials, equipment, and inventory are accurately received, organized, and distributed. What You'll Do

  • Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming HVAC, plumbing, and electrical materials and equipment.
  • Pull, stage, and distribute materials for technicians and installation crews.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.
  • Assist with deliveries and transfers between company locations when necessary.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
  • Ensure all tools, parts, and equipment are properly stored and readily available for field teams.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home services industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems preferred.
  • Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred.
  • Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
