• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. Masters Preferred. 
• Eight (8) or more years of progressive experience leading enterprise programs, integrations, operational transformations, or strategic initiatives within the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors. 
• Five (5) or more years of leadership experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives. 
• M&A certification and PMP certification strongly preferred 
• Experience consulting and managing relationships with external entities.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, partnerships, or enterprise integration activities as well as gap analysis work.  
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, methodologies, standards, and operational controls.  
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale organizational change and business transformation initiatives.  
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
