Description
Our Ideal Candidate
AIM is seeking Substitute Teachers to join our substitute teacher roster and provide high-quality classroom coverage as needed across our middle and high school programs.
AIM Substitute Teachers play an important role in ensuring continuity of learning when a classroom teacher is absent. Substitute Teachers are responsible for implementing teacher-provided lesson plans, maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment, supporting student engagement, and upholding AIM's high expectations for academic excellence, professionalism, and student success.
This opportunity is ideal for dependable, flexible, and student-centered professionals who enjoy working with young people and are comfortable adapting to different classrooms, subject areas, and grade levels.
This role may be for you if you are excited by the opportunity to support Georgia's first and only STEMM middle and high school focused on healthcare. AIM combines rigorous academics, professional simulation labs, healthcare exposure, and dual enrollment opportunities to prepare students for college and high-demand careers in healthcare and STEMM fields.
Substitute Teachers may be contacted for daily, short-term, or extended assignments based on school needs. Placement on AIM's substitute roster does not guarantee a minimum number of assignments or hours.
