About the role

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALAYST in the FLEET INDIVIDUAL TRAINING/RRL DIVISION (N1T/RRL), PROGRAMMING & RESOURCING BRANCH (N1T/RRL5) of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.

You will serve as the primary analyst for the programming of individual training requirements across all Fleet Force commands, including the advocacy of NETC and Learning Center issues.

You will perform a wide range of analytical, administrative, and advisory duties in connection with resource programming, planning, and coordination for individual Training requirements.

You will interpret, coordinate and implement proposed Program Objective Memorandum (POM) requirements and innovations with ether staff directorates, as well as higher authority.

You will coordinate with PACFLT, TYCOMs, Direct Reports, OPNAV and NETC to analyze mission impacts due to changes in Fleet individual training requirements.

You will articulate Fleet priorities with OPNAV N8 and N9 and serve as the primary liaison with OPNAV Resource Sponsors and Program Managers.

You will serve as the financial analyst, managing and tracking funding allocated for the Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) account and individual training effort, including manpower and contact services.

You will be responsible for developing phasing plans for the budget year, track obligations and execution of funds, generate funding documents to commit funds for contracting actions, and provide future year budget projections.

You will the command at meetings, briefings working groups/cross-functional teams and other advisory/decisional forums on matters pertaining to POM Training issues.
