Develop and advise on local administrative requirements or inquiries, and actively participate in developing and implementing local administrative guidelines and processes.

Manage calendaring of events, group and stakeholder meetings, and facilitate visiting officials and arrange associated logistics.

Arrange for the preparation of agendas, correspondence, briefing materials, talking points, LER materials and executive summaries.

Work closely with management and staff to track and support project activities as needed to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.

Coordinate and consolidate responses from program management and staff to requests and inquiries from high level sources or significant interest groups.

Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S. Federal or Military employee serving overseas. Probationary Period: You may be required to serve a probationary period of 1 year.
