School Occupational Therapist (OT) | FMLA Coverage | Up to $60/hour | West Chicago, IL

Position Details

• Start Date: FMLA Coverage October 19th - December 21st

• Setting: Leman Middle School

• Location: West Chicago, IL

• Service Areas: Deliver IEP service minutes, documentation, collaboration

Your Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services in alignment with IEP goals

• Conduct evaluations and write reports

• Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring

• Maintain timely documentation

• Collaborate with special education teams and related service providers

What We’re Looking For

• Illinois Occupational Therapy license 

• School-based experience preferred, but not required

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Passion for supporting students in inclusive educational settings
