About the role

About the Position: Responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and reviewing the allocation and utilization of buildings and facilities for accommodation of units, activities and individuals assigned to Fort Carson.

Coordinates with local USAGE PMs for any FF and E requirements associated with MILCON/MCA construction

Perform all technical monitoring and assists in COR duties as required by contract: provides installation oversight, payment authorization, Government acceptance, and punch-list review/acceptance, and contract closeout.

Represent DPW while conducting and attending meetings and briefings concerning all facets of facility utilization.

Audit each building within the Installation to ensure the space management program is consistent with Installation, DA and IMCOM policy.

Identify under/over utilized real property assets through the review of real property space surveys.

Provide the Mobilization Planner with current space use data and serves as DPW Liaison on various projects internal and external to DPW.

Report status and recommend changes to the Facility Reduction Program in support of the installation demolition program.

Serve as the system administrator for the Enterprise Pro-active Real Property Interactive Space Management System (ePRISMS).

Use various data entry army systems of record for daily tasking and services.
