Production Superintendent

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Production Superintendent oversees the production process to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This position provides leadership, training, and direction to the production team, and enforces policies and procedures for safety and productivity. This position ensures that labor and spending remain within the budget, resolves production issues, and maintains good relationships with all stakeholders.

Education Requirements

� Bachelor�s degree in Business or a related field

Experience Requirements

� Six (6) years of related experience and /or training

Licenses and/or Certifications Required

� Knowledgeable of the manufacturing industry

� Analytical skills and problem-solving skills
