Overview:
The Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is a two-year rotational experience designed to accelerate the development of high-potential talent and strengthen Stellantis’ future HR leadership pipeline.
Through meaningful, job-based assignments across the HR operating model, participants broaden their perspective, build critical HR and leadership capabilities, develop business acumen and expand relationships across the organization.
The 2027 program is available to employees in our North America Human Resources organization and offers two pathways:
HRLDP-Graduate Program Stellantis (GPS):
- Experience: 0-2 years
- Rotation areas: Corporate / Center of Expertise Manufacturing and Plant Human Resources Manufacturing
HRLDP 1 & 2:
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Rotation areas: Centers of Expertise, Human Resources Partner, Corporate / Center of Expertise Manufacturing and Plant Human Resources Manufacturing
The program experience includes:
- Two 12-month, job-based rotational assignments designed to provide experience in different areas of HR
- An individual capstone project during the second year, selected to address development needs and provide targeted exposure
- Immersion experience at program launch
- Leadership and coaching-skills development
- Mentorship, peer support and networking opportunities
- Quarterly check-ins, career planning and rotation preparation
- Permanent-placement support at the conclusion of the program
Basic Qualifications:
- Current North America Human Resources Employee
- Bachelor's Degree with focus in Business, HR Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or other HR-related disciplines
- 0-5 years of professional work experience in Human Resources or related fields
