Grill Cook - Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Grill Cook to join our culinary team in Key Biscayne. This position is responsible for preparing and cooking burgers, sandwiches, breakfast items, and other made-to-order menu items while maintaining quality, consistency, and food safety standards. Candidates with experience as a Grill Cook, Line Cook, Cook, or in a similar high-volume kitchen environment are encouraged to apply. 

The ideal candidate is organized, works efficiently under pressure, and supports daily kitchen operations as needed. The schedule includes rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends and holidays based on operational needs.

Requirements

Grill Cook - Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Grill Cook, Line Cook, Cook, or in a similar food-service position preferred.
• Experience preparing burgers, sandwiches, breakfast items, and other made-to-order dishes in a commercial kitchen.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, recipes, portion control, food presentation, and quality standards.
• Ability to safely operate grill equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and safe food-handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen while maintaining quality and timely service.
• Strong reliability, teamwork, and willingness to assist with food preparation and other kitchen operations as needed.
• Availability to work rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.
