Supplier Access and Relations Program Manager

The Stellantis Purchasing organization is seeking a Supplier Access and Relations Program Manager. This role is an integral part of the Stellantis Purchasing organization and supports the implementation of strategic programs for the Supplier Access and Relations department and the group's business stakeholders (internal and external). 

Specific responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Execute the Supplier Access and Relations Program Strategic Business Plan among assigned Purchasing Organization Commodity Buying Teams
• Manage Tier 2 Program for specific commodity groups and suppliers
• Develop relationships with Suppliers, and promote networking relationships between suppliers and commodity buying teams to support Stellantis Purchasing Organization
• Work with external local and national councils and chambers to support programs, and create supplier access and relations opportunities
• Manage the company’s participation in conferences and trade shows to learn best practices and network with suppliers for consideration of Stellantis Tier N Supplier Partnerships
• Support the Commodity Buying Teams by working hand-in-hand to provide them monthly updates regarding supplier access and relations activities, and leveraging data to provide strategic recommendations to target opportunities to support Purchasing Organization
• Lead training initiatives across all stakeholders to educate stakeholders on supplier access programs, systems and initiatives
• Support the management, track and submission of the department budget, update presentations, marketing, and training materials, and upkeep of supplier access and relations  Website to ensure all content is updated and available for all business stakeholders
• Prepare and submit data requests required internal and external stakeholders by working with other organizations or teams within Stellantis
• Support the planning and implementation of events and programs to identify qualified candidates and promote supplier access and relations department within the community
• Develop relationships within and across other industries to share best practices and ideas
• Perform other duties that support the success of Stellantis supplier access and relations efforts as requested

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience within the automotive industry, or supplier
• Intermediate Skill Level in Microsoft Office with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent relationship building skills (internal customers as well as suppliers); strong public speaking skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction, with a team-first attitude
• Proven ability to simultaneously manage several projects in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build a customer-focused culture in teammates
