About the role

About the company

Our client is a healthcare technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the customer relationship after a sale, from initial rollout through continuing account management. Serve as the link between customers and the engineering group, making sure each rollout delivers clear, measurable value. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll do

- Lead post-sale onboarding with frequent, intensive sessions in the early weeks, then handle regular check-ins across a portfolio of accounts.

- Act as the primary company voice on calls with large groups of customer stakeholders, including operational and executive leaders.

- Configure system connections, roll out the software platform and teach end users how to work with it.

- Convert customer needs and problems into clear requirements for engineers and follow through until they are resolved.

- Measure the return on each rollout and spot opportunities to expand accounts.

- Help shape repeatable processes as the business grows toward larger customers.

- Technical curiosity and ease with software and data, plus a working knowledge of SQL and the ability to talk clearly with engineers.

- An undergraduate degree from a highly ranked U.S. university.

- Ability to work in the office five days a week in New York City, either already local or ready to move.
