Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate | $40+/hour | $15,000-$20,000 Sign-On Bonus
SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital | A joint venture with Select MedicalLocation: Bridgeton, MO
Rate: $40/hour +
Shift Diffs: $7 night & $3 weekend
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000-$20,000 NO COMMITMENT
Schedule: Full-Time Day or Night 6:45-7:15
- 3-12's
- Every 3rd weekend in rotation
- 10-13 week preceptorship

Responsibilities
In collaboration with the physician and your preceptor, you will ensure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.
- Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of the patients/families.
- Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long term goals and discharge planning.
- Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
- Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
- Valid State RN License is required.
- BLS required at hire
- Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.
*Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process and are to be completed before an employee's first day of work.*
