Clinical Coordinator (Polysomnography)

About the Position: The Clinical Coordinator (Polysomnography) provides support to the A. T. Augusta Military Medical Center in Fort Belvoir VA, helping ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and facility operations. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Formulate and refines health science policies, research procedures, and scientific organizational structures.

Drive continuous evidence-based quality improvements in clinical practices and health service delivery.

Lead the conceptualization and development of new health science research initiatives or significant modifications to existing clinical programs.

Provide expert management support across key administrative functions, including service contracts, program cost analysis, and annual and multi-year fiscal expenditures.

Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates.

Identifies developmental and training needs of employees.
