Gift Production Assembly - 2nd Shift

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for assembling gift boxes by placing cookies and other items according to set specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble gifts according to production specifications

• Ensure pallet patterns meet packaging requirements

• Meet quality assurance and vendor compliance standards

• Physically stack and unstack pallets

• Keep the shipping line stocked with product and remove completed pallets

• Read and match SKU numbers and expiration dates to ensure correct item placement

• Perform duties in other departments as assigned

• Follow all SQF (Safe Quality Foods) guidelines

Physical Requirements:

• Able to perform repetitive tasks such as walking, bending, twisting, and using hands, wrists, and arms

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously; may be required to extend product overhead occasionally

• Able to work in varying temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F

• Must demonstrate honest and respectful communication

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks (walking, bending, twisting, using hands and arms)

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and occasionally lift overhead

• Ability to work in varying temperatures (-10°F to 40°F)

• Must demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality

• Strong attention to detail and ability to match SKUs and product specifications

• Honest and respectful communication with team members
