Sr. Delivery Manager
About the role
Job Responsibilities
- Lead large scale, complex strategic internal initiatives across SC&E and supports WWT corporate led initiatives as needed.
- Oversee day-to-day project delivery, team management, and interactions with multiple internal stakeholder groups, including facilitating engagement of SI&GO leadership, IT, and others as needed.
- Develop and maintain program governance frameworks, including charters, plans, and documentation to ensure alignment and accountability to program objectives.
- Owns documentation and organization for complex programs, applying strong analytical and communication skills to drive stakeholder alignment, project success, and team performance.
- Lead and manage matrixed teams of initiative managers, business systems analysts, organizational change management consultants, data and reporting analysts, and IT partners.
- Monitor program performance and progress against strategic goals, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Communicate program status updates and recommendations to senior leadership and key internal stakeholders.
- Develops and mentors junior team members.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and practices.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) Related Field
Work Experience
A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a related field required
Other Work Experience
Minimum 10 - 15 years of progressive experience in an operational project management office role for a global company.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex, and transformational programs or initiatives.
Minimum 5 years of management consulting experience.
Travel Requirements
Up to 10% of the time Domestic Travel only

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $120,200 to $155,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
