About the role

The Partnership Success Specialist supports Partner Sales and Partner Success teams by delivering product expertise, assisting with partner-facing activities, and coordinating efforts across the partner lifecycle. This role is responsible for supporting product demonstrations, contributing to pre-sales discovery, maintaining demo environments, and assisting with onboarding, renewal, and expansion activities. The Specialist collaborates cross-functionally to develop materials, respond to product inquiries, and ensure alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams. Additionally, this role analyzes partner data, maintains CRM accuracy, and provides insights to improve partner engagement, sales effectiveness, and overall partner performance.


  1. Support and progressively lead tailored product demonstrations for partner prospects, based on specific use cases, client types, and stakeholder needs.
  2. Partner with Partner Sales representatives during discovery to understand prospect requirements and help translate them into effective demonstration narratives.
  3. Assist in configuring and maintaining demo environments to reflect partner workflows, data scenarios, and product functionality.
  4. Respond to functional and product-related questions throughout the sales cycle, escalating more complex issues as needed.
  5. Support Partner Success Managers during quarterly business reviews, renewals, and expansion efforts by providing product expertise.
  6. Assist partners in understanding new platform features and expanded capabilities relevant to their business needs.
  7. Prepare customized presentations, walkthroughs, and supporting materials for partner opportunities.
  8. Maintain and contribute to shared libraries of demo assets, use cases, and objection-handling resources.
  9. Contribute to development of sales enablement materials, process documentation, and partner-facing resources.
  10. Apply data and analytical skills to support pipeline reporting, partner research, and operational processes.
  11. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to stay informed on platform updates and upcoming releases.
  12. Relay partner feedback and field insights to support product enhancements and roadmap discussions.
  13. Maintain accurate pipeline activity, account notes, and relevant data within Salesforce CRM.
  14. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned within the nature and level of work.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Biology, Public Health, or related disciplines is required
  • Professional experience such as an internship, co-op, or project-based experience demonstrating communication and analytical skills preferred
  • Exposure to or interest in financial services, health and benefits, or B2B technology environments preferred
  • Experience with technical writing, documentation, or research in academic or professional settings is a plus
  • Exposure to data analysis tools or languages (e.g., Excel, Python, R) is a plus
  • Experience supporting customer-facing teams, sales processes, or partner programs is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with AI productivity tools a plus
  • Interest in health benefits, financial services, or related industries preferred

  • Moderate travel (approximately 25–33%)
  • Ability to provide personal transportation as needed
  • Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment
  • Flexibility to support multiple time zones as needed
