Leadpoint Business Services seeks a qualified Wash Line Operator to safely and efficiently operate grinding and wash line equipment at a large industrial recycling facility in Indianapolis, IN.

As a Washline Operator working with Leadpoint, you’ll be responsible for safely operating and monitoring Grinding and Wash Line equipment while maintaining production, quality, and safety standards. You’ll also enjoy:

When operating the line, our Washline Operators are responsible for performing pre- and post-operation equipment inspections, monitoring product and waste materials for quality and contamination, documenting equipment conditions, performing basic troubleshooting and minor service, and communicating mechanical issues to supervisors or the maintenance department.
We’re immediately hiring full-time, safety-oriented Wash Line Operators who understand safety compliance and are:
- At least 18 years of age or older.
Experienced in manufacturing, recycling, or a similar industrial environment. - Able to safely operate industrial equipment.
- Able to perform basic troubleshooting and demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and time management skills.
- Willing to consent to a background check. Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company as we are a second chance employer.
- Willing to consent to a drug screen. This is a drug-free workplace.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable with consistent attendance.
- Committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Physical Requirements:
This position is performed in an industrial manufacturing and recycling environment. Employees may be exposed to machinery, noise, dust, odors, recycled materials, heat, and moisture. The position requires prolonged standing and walking, as well as bending, reaching, and operating equipment. Employees may be required to lift, carry, push, or pull materials. Proper PPE must be worn and all safety requirements must be followed.
