Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Tommy’ Lead is responsible for leading/assisting with inventory, marketing, and supervision of Tommy’s operations. This position provides a great opportunity to develop practical leadership skills and business management experience.

• Management of Tommy’s cleanness and operations.
• Create weekly/monthly social media content for promotions.
• Track, analyze and report monthly on sales, products, etc.
• Collaborates with other leads for marketing tasks and finances.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess excellent organization and time management skills.
• Meet with the Assistant Director of University Recreation weekly/bi-weekly.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Quick learner in our fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Available to work flexible hours.
