Manufacturing Leadership Development Program

The Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is a highly selective, two-year rotational program designed to develop future leaders capable of driving change and leading people within Stellantis’s Manufacturing Organization. The program offers a unique blend of hands-on experience and academic advancement, preparing participants for impactful careers in automotive manufacturing. Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record of delivering measurable results in manufacturing leadership roles, showcasing their ability to drive performance, implement improvements, and lead high-performing teams.

Program Highlights

• Duration: 2 years
• Rotations: Four rotational assignments, each lasting approximately six months

Post-Program Placement

• Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be placed in a full-time role within the Stellantis Manufacturing Organization, aligned with their skills, interests, and business needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing-related field 
• Strong interest in manufacturing and operations within the automotive industry
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
