Laborer

This position is located at Pinon Health Center, Administrative Services, Facility Management in Pinon, Arizona. The primary purpose is to maintain hospital grounds, including yards, fences, trees, shrubs, and signage, to ensure a clean and orderly appearance. Performs trash removal; loads and unloads supplies, mows and trims vegetation; removes snow and debris from sidewalks. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).

Collect, dispose trash and debris from parking lots, driveways, transient/vacant quarters. Cut weeds, grass and unwanted plants collects and remove from site. Maintain borders around trees and shrubs Cleans, sweeps, seal cracks to sidewalks, asphalt pavement and curbing around driveways and parking lots, and crosswalk Assures that all perimeter and privacy fencing/gates are in good condition; repair damaged post, railing, hinge, latches and mend torn or loose fabric. Keep fences clear of drifted sand and tumbleweeds Operates the Bobcat in areas that require constant attention to working space and environment. Uses common hand tools and simple power equipment such as trimmer or push type lawn mowers

Background Investigation Requirement: This position requires the successful completion of a federal background investigation as a condition of employment.
