Appointment Setter – Field Marketing (Base Pay + Commission)

TruBlue Serving Winter Garden & The Villages remodels bathrooms in The Villages, Winter Garden and the surrounding communities. We’re hiring part-time reps to knock on doors in residential neighborhoods, talk to homeowners, and book free in-home estimates. You don’t close the sale. You start the conversation and set the appointment.

What you’ll do

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods as a team
• Talk to homeowners about our bathroom remodeling services and book free estimates
• Log every lead and appointment in our system
• Attend weekly coaching and team meetings

Pay, explained

• Pay: $18.00/hr base + $30 per completed appointment + $100 bonus when the job closes.
• Average earnings: Most reps who stick with it earn $24–$28/hr within their first month, with uncapped upside for high performers.

Schedule

• Weekdays: 4 hour shifts (4–8 or 5–9 PM, hours change seasonally)
• Weekends: 5–6 hour shifts (between 11 AM–9 PM)
• Part-time, roughly 16–24 hours/week

You need

• A valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle (required)
• To be comfortable talking to strangers and hearing “no” often
• Availability for at least 3 evening or weekend shifts per week
• Prior experience in canvassing, door-to-door outreach, retail, or hospitality is a strong plus—but NOT required. If you bring high energy and a great work ethic, our comprehensive training manual, in-person shadowing, and weekly coaching will teach you everything else.
