Senior GTM Engineer

About the Role

Join the go-to-market team at an early-stage AI recruiting technology startup. You will build the systems that turn relevant candidate and company signals into qualified conversations and measurable pipeline, working closely with operations and engineering.

What You'll Do

• Build signal-based outbound workflows, including account and persona research, enrichment, qualification, and personalized campaigns.

• Connect enrichment tools, CRM systems, APIs, and automation platforms to create dependable workflows.

• Use AI tools and lightweight code to build, debug, and maintain workflows, with human review where judgment matters.

• Manage campaign operations, deliverability, CRM hygiene, routing, and reporting.

• Test messaging and targeting, measure qualified conversations and pipeline outcomes, and turn effective experiments into repeatable playbooks.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience building outbound enrichment, buying-signal detection, or ICP segmentation workflows.

• Practical experience with tools such as n8n, Clay, or Claude Code, and familiarity with CRM systems, APIs, and automation platforms.

• Examples of personally building enrichment, signal detection, CRM automation, or AI workflows.

• Commercial judgment, clear communication, debugging skills, and comfort owning execution in an early-stage team.

Compensation & Benefits

Target compensation is approximately $150,000 USD annually. The final compensation band and equity details are to be confirmed. US visa sponsorship is available.
