Calibration Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Calibration Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for leading, management and report-out of calibration activities on several Propulsion Systems Programs. The successful candidate will drive calibration tasks cross-functionally to achieve program objectives, ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and performance. 

Job qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field from an ABET accredited university  

• Minimum of 5 years business and technical project leadership experience

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Financial rollups 

• Timing development 

• Issues/Risk management 

• Project report-outs including Directors & Management Reviews 

• Lead cross functional teams (through program management and control team meetings)  

• Lead Quality Gate Reviews

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive)  

• Bachelor or Master of Business Administration  

• 5 years' experience with automotive OEM or supplier with relevant expertise described above  

• PMP Certified
